Wander the trails. Follow the brook. Pick blueberries in season. Find the yoga studio, challenge someone to a game in the Rumpus Room, soak in the hot tub, or notice an antique you somehow walked past three times already. Blueberry is a place best discovered slowly.

Around Blueberry, the landscape feels as collected as the house itself. Gardens spill into pathways, old trees frame the buildings, and tucked-away corners appear where you least expect them. It’s worth wandering without anywhere particular to go.

Blueberry reveals itself in layers. Some things are impossible to miss; others are tucked behind a door, down a trail, or sitting quietly on a shelf. The fun is in discovering what’s here without being told exactly where to look.

Tucked away from the quieter corners of Blueberry, the Rumpus Room is where things get a little more playful. Shoot a game of pool, play ping-pong or darts, break out the board games, turn on the karaoke, or settle in for a late night with your people. It’s a space made for staying in and having nowhere else you need to be.

There’s more to Blueberry than what you can see from the house. Take to the trails on foot, hop on an e-bike, or arrange a side-by-side tour through the property and surrounding landscape. Go at your own pace, or let us help you see a little more of what’s out there.

Some nights are better spent without going anywhere. We can help set the scene with a charcuterie board, wine, a movie night, or a few thoughtful extras waiting for you when you arrive. You bring the people; we’ll take care of the little things.
